Thank you for joining Intentional Life Mastery. I am honored to partner with you in your growth journey over the next 12 weeks. This agreement outlines our coaching relationship, expectations, and policies so we can create the best possible experience together.
Intentional Life Mastery is a personalized coaching program designed to help you gain clarity, build discipline, overcome distractions, and make meaningful progress toward your goals and God-given potential.
Coaching is a collaborative partnership. I will provide guidance, accountability, support, resources, and coaching tools throughout our time together. You are responsible for your decisions, actions, and implementation.
Your coaching program includes twelve (12) one-hour coaching sessions.
Sessions will typically be conducted via Zoom at a mutually agreed upon time.
Email support is available between sessions for questions, encouragement, accountability, and coaching support.
Coaching sessions will not be recorded unless specifically requested by the client.
Please make our coaching sessions a priority.
If you need to reschedule a session, I ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice whenever possible.
Sessions canceled with at least 24 hours notice may be rescheduled within the duration of the 12-week coaching program.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice or missed without notice may be forfeited and are not guaranteed to be rescheduled.
I understand emergencies happen and will always do my best to handle unexpected situations with grace and flexibility.
This coaching agreement covers an initial twelve-week coaching period consisting of twelve coaching sessions.
As we approach the conclusion of the program, we will discuss your progress and determine whether continuing coaching support would be beneficial.
Should you choose to continue, coaching will transition to a month-to-month coaching arrangement under a separate coaching subscription.
There is no obligation to continue coaching after the initial 12-week program.
Confidentiality is essential to a successful coaching relationship.
All coaching conversations, emails, and information shared during our coaching relationship will remain confidential unless:
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, legal advice, financial advice, medical treatment, or mental health care.
Coaching focuses on helping you gain clarity, create plans, overcome obstacles, take action, and move toward your goals.
If issues arise that would be better addressed by a licensed counselor, therapist, physician, attorney, or other qualified professional, I may recommend seeking additional professional support.
While coaching is designed to help you make meaningful progress, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes, achievements, business results, financial results, relationship outcomes, or personal achievements.
Your results will depend on many factors, including your commitment, effort, consistency, and implementation.
